Forum Strategov – National Goals & Territorial Impacts

The Strategic Planning Leaders Forum, Forum Strategov, takes place in St Petersburg and brings together over 1000 participants including representatives of the Federal Assembly of Russia, federal ministries and agencies of Russia, regional administrations and legislative assemblies, municipalities, business, academic and expert communities, NGOs, foreign countries, and mass media.

During this year’s Forum, CSHIPP will be joining discussion on two separate sessions. The first one – Russia-EU Transnational Cooperation Results and Perspectives – is organised on Monday, 28th of October at 17.15-19.15. The session brings eleven projects on stage to discuss main achievements and future prospects for transnational cooperation. The second session – Strategies and Best Cluster Practices for Transition to a Circular Economy for Sustainable Urban Development – takes place on Tuesday, 29th of October at 11.30-13.15. The session focuses on how to attract investment in green infrastructure and cleantech cluster projects: renewable energy, clean water, clean air, green transportation, organic farming, and food production, as well as best practices and benefits of international cooperation.

CSHIPP will also take part in the third day of the Forum which will be a seminar and match-making event Interaction between strategies in the BSR – Russia & EU, organised by Council of the Baltic Sea States Secretariat, ICSER Leontief Centre, EUSBSR Horizontal Action Neighbours, Centrum Balticum Foundation, EUSBSR Communication Point and The Swedish Institute.
