European Maritime Day 2019

The European Maritime Day is the annual EU meeting point on maritime affairs and blue growth. It targets maritime professionals, entrepreneurs and ocean leaders from academia, NGOs, businesses, governments and public institutions. The focus of the European Maritime Day 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal, will be on blue entrepreneurship, innovation and investment to transform traditional maritime sectors and boost emerging technologies and value chains. A specific focus will be put on research and innovation for a plastic-free ocean.
As part of the European Maritime Day, CSHIPP is one of the organisers of a Green Shipping -themed workshop titled “A long term scenario towards the decarbonization“. The workshop will take place on Friday, 17 May. You can find more about the workshop via this link.
